Despite, the current economic environment and drive for operational savings, safety must not be compromised. Underpinning the delivery of our service is a focus on safe operations with a Zero Harm philosophy.

We also recognise that a Zero Harm philosophy can be better achieved through a practical, actionable and effective Safety and Health system, unlike other more burdensome systems that result in a compliance-focussed rather than safety-first culture.

As a result we have developed a Safety and Health Management System that is:

• A leaner more efficient approach to meeting legislative obligations, and importantly does not lose focus on its sole purpose – the safety of our employees, clients, subcontractors and the community.
• Fully compliant with Coal Mine Operator obligations and the requirements of AS 4801:2001 (OHS)

In developing this system we have also paid close attention to ensuring that it meets our clients’ corporate requirements. To deliver our proprietary system, we engaged a Health & Safety Advisor specialising in developing Coal Mine Health and Safety systems.
